Boyz 2 Men Foundation believes developing mature men is a shared responsibility. Through Reach One, Teach One, we invite parents, families, schools, churches, organizations, community leaders, and supporters to become part of developing Young Kings into Kings.

You don't have to be The King Architect to help build a King. You simply have to be willing to invest in the development of those coming behind you.

The Blueprint Experience can be brought into schools, churches, organizations, and communities committed to developing males from the inside out.

Through workshops, group development, seminars, and speaking engagements, Young Kings are introduced to a clear developmental path from Awareness through the Five Pillars of Manhood and toward Legacy.

Each experience can be adapted to the audience and setting while remaining grounded in the same Blueprint.

B2MF primarily serves males ages 13–25, but a Young King is not defined simply by age. Young King represents a stage of development on the journey toward mature manhood.

Restoring manhood cannot rest on one man. B2MF believes Kings have a responsibility to reach back and help develop the Young Kings coming behind them.

Whether through volunteering, sharing experience, supporting an event, opening doors, building partnerships, or serving alongside B2MF, there are opportunities to contribute to the work.
