Overview:
The Blueprint Class is a powerful, high-energy experience designed to help young men discover who they are, define what they stand for, and develop the tools to lead with confidence, purpose, and emotional strength.

This isn’t another lecture — it’s a life lab. Each session builds from Identity to Values, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience — the five foundational pillars every young man needs to navigate life with clarity and courage.

• Interactive Teaching: Real stories, real talk, and relatable lessons that connect to their everyday struggles and choices.
• Practical Tools: Each pillar comes with exercises and reflections that help students apply what they learn right away.
• Safe Space for Growth: Students are encouraged to open up, think deeper, and strengthen their character in a judgment-free environment.
• Guided Support: Each class blends group learning with personal insight, bridging the gap between knowledge and transformation.

• A clear sense of identity — knowing who they are and what they’re capable of.
• Defined values that guide their decisions and shape their future.
• The mindset of a leader who leads from integrity, not ego.
• Greater emotional intelligence to manage their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Middle school and high school boys (grades 6–12) who are ready to grow in self-awareness, confidence, and leadership.
