THE FOUNDER
Michael Samuels—known as the Identity Strategist and The King Architect—is an ordained minister, author, mentor, and coach dedicated to building strong leaders from the inside out. With a passion for guiding young men through the challenges of identity, leadership, and emotional growth, Michael has committed his life to equipping the next generation of young kings.
Drawing from his own journey of overcoming adversity, he created The Blueprint Experience, a framework built on five pillars: Identity, Values, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience. His mission is simple yet powerful: to provide young kings with the tools, mentorship, and confidence they need to rise into the men they were created to be.
Michael founded the Boyz 2 Men Foundation with one clear assignment: to raise up the next generation of young men into leaders, protectors, and men of identity and purpose. He is not simply teaching information—he is building young kings. Kings aren’t born—they’re built. And God entrusted him with the mandate and the tools to build them.
Michael’s focus is young men, but his message is Kingdom. He does not exclude women, and women are always welcome, valued, and essential to this mission. Their assignment may look different, but his is clear: empowering young men with identity, character, emotional strength, and leadership so they can become the men God intended them to be.
He believes that when we strengthen young men, we strengthen families. When we build young kings, we build healthier marriages, safer communities, and a more stable future. Identity comes before gender, purpose comes before position, and character comes before success.
Michael is not merely developing boys—he is building legacy carriers, shaping leaders with integrity, and forging warriors with emotional maturity and humility. He is preparing young men to stand strong in a world that constantly tries to weaken them.
