THE FOUNDER
Michael Samuels—known as the Identity Strategist and the King Architect—is an ordained minister, author, mentor, and coach dedicated to building strong leaders from the inside out. With a passion for guiding young men through the challenges of identity, leadership, and emotional growth, Michael has committed his life to equipping the next generation of young kings.
Drawing from his own journey of overcoming adversity, Michael created the Blueprint Experience, a framework built on five pillars: Identity, Values, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience. His mission is simple yet powerful: to provide young kings with the tools, mentorship, and confidence they need to rise into the kings they were created to be.
Through speaking, coaching, and the work of the Boyz 2 Men Foundation, Michael continues to transform lives, break cycles, and raise leaders who will leave a lasting legacy in their families, schools, and communities.
